Our Maintenance and Support Agreements are tailored to your specific needs and outline how we will support you with the upkeep of your Ice Pigging machinery to ensure it is working efficiently.
Being able to proactively maintain your Ice Pigging equipment allows us to provide a resilient system with reduced risk and downtime.
Why should we have a Maintenance and Support Agreement?
As with all machinery, Nivalis Ice Pigging systems have a number of wearing parts, and perishable items such as seals, to ensure optimum performance these need to be regularly serviced.
Having a regular maintenance agreement in place allows us to keep your Ice Pigging equipment working efficiently with minimal downtime scheduled in for routine maintenance. We are able to work around your business schedules to ensure that our work does not interfere with any key delivery times. Where permissions are granted we also have the facility to login remotely and perform diagnostics and updates.
What is included?
We will work with you to ensure an agreement is built around the type of Ice Pigging equipment you have on site. Depending on your company's requirements our usual Maintenance and Support Agreements include a 6 monthly health check and annual servicing of all Ice Pigging equipment.
These face to face services are important for maintaining the safety and efficiency of the equipment, and allow the opportunity to identify any wear and tear of perishable parts to replace them as part of planned maintenance.
We often include training, face to face and remote, for when you have new members of the team or staff changes. This helps to ensure your staff continue to feel confident and are running the machine in the most optimised way. You will have access to remote support via email, while telephone or video call support can also be arranged.
Our support centre hours are 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday, UK time, excluding national holidays.
Who will be supporting us?
We have a brilliant team of engineers on hand to offer support and advice, both face to face, with regular visits or on the end of the phone for a quick chat. Their expertise will ensure your Ice Pigging equipment is kept up to date and running smoothly, while regular contact allows you to build a great working relationship with our whole team ensuring you get the best support for your business.
