An example of Ice Pigging in the cosmetic and personal care industry
We have supported a global multinational customer with the installation of a NIV500 Ice Pigging machine to clean their factory pipes. The system is fully integrated with three production lines, enabling enhanced product recovery and cleaning to be carried out up to 10 times per day in the plant.
Hygienic Ice Production
The NIV 500 Ice Pigging system is linked into the plant CIP system. This means the equipment that makes the ice can be thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis maintaining the highest quality of hygienically made ice.
