About our PLC software service
We develop custom PLC solutions to suit a variety of applications using the latest technology from leading manufacturers. From micro PLCs to high-end failsafe or dual-redundant CPU configurations, we support critical manufacturing and process control systems across a wide range of industries. We also provide safety PLCs to meet stringent safety standards. All programs are designed and tested in-house using our extensive software and hardware test facilities.
Why Nivalis?
Our PLC programming experience spans decades of industrial automation - from legacy systems still running on Siemens S5 and Allen-Bradley PLC5 through to the latest TIA Portal S7-1500 and ControlLogix platforms. That breadth means we can work with whatever you have, upgrade it when the time is right, and write software that integrates cleanly with your existing infrastructure. Whatever the platform or application, our team programmes, tests and commissions entirely in-house.

PLC programming experience across every major platform
The PLC landscape is fragmented - different manufacturers, generations of hardware, and a wide range of industrial networks all need to work together reliably. Our team has programming experience across virtually every major platform in use in UK industry today, from the oldest legacy systems still in operation through to the latest high-end failsafe configurations.
Every program we write is developed and thoroughly tested in-house using our own software and hardware test facilities before it goes anywhere near your production environment. That means fewer surprises on site, faster commissioning, and a cleaner handover.
Working with a platform we haven't listed? Get in touch - our experience extends beyond the names above, and we're always happy to discuss an application before committing to anything.
